What we actually do

Call one: the setup. We get your AI toolkit running (about $20/month of tools, and that's the whole stack) and set up your business brain, the file system that makes AI actually know YOUR business instead of giving generic answers. We walk through how it all works until it clicks.

Call two: the build. We build one real, useful tool for your business together, live. A quote calculator with your pricing rules. A job tracker. A dashboard with your numbers. You pick the pain, we kill it, and you watch exactly how it's done so you can do it again.

Call three: the follow-up. After you've had a week or two on your own, we get back on. You bring the questions, the stuck points, and the next thing you want to build. We get you unstuck and moving.

Between all of it: text or email me anytime during setup. If you're stuck, I'm around.

What it costs, and why

$997, one time. Consultants charge thousands for a project and leave you dependent on them for the next one. Courses cost less and sit unfinished. This is the middle path: you get set up properly, taught properly, and then you own it. The tools themselves run about $20/month, paid to the AI company, not to me.

How much time does it take?

Three calls, plus a little practice between them. Most owners are using it daily within the first week.

What happens after the three calls?

You run everything yourself, with the written guide as backup. If you want ongoing call/text support after that, I offer it, built around what you need. Optional, never pushed.

Rather skip the learning and just have tools built?

Some owners don't want to learn it, they just want the thing. I do that too, for way less than custom software usually costs. Mention it on the intro call.

Why should I trust you?
