The honest version
AI is not going to adjust a patient, read an x-ray, or make a clinical call about someone's care plan. That's you, and it should stay you. What AI kills is the work that piles up around the adjustment table: the care plan recap you retype for every new patient, the rebooking reminder that never goes out because the front desk is buried, the insurance question you answer the same way for the fifth time this week, the review you meant to respond to three days ago.
Most practice owners have tried AI casually at some point, maybe to clean up a patient email or draft a post about a new service. Few have it actually built into how the practice runs day to day. That gap matters here more than most places, because a chiropractic practice lives and dies on rebooking rate: patients who feel better after three visits and quietly stop coming back, when a well-timed nudge would have kept them on their care plan.
What a chiropractor actually uses AI for
- Rebooking reminders that actually go out. The patient who's due for their next adjustment but hasn't scheduled: AI drafts the friendly nudge on schedule, so the visit gets booked instead of quietly dropping off.
- Care plan recaps, written once and reused. Give AI the gist of the visit and your usual language, and it drafts a clear summary the patient can take home, in your voice, every time.
- New patient intake answered fast. "Do you take my insurance?" "What should I expect at my first visit?" AI drafts the reply from your own rules so a prospective patient isn't waiting until tomorrow for an answer.
- Review responses that sound like your practice. The glowing five-star about finally sleeping through the night, the frustrated one about a scheduling mix-up. AI drafts the reply, you read it, you post it.
- A simple patient and rebooking tracker. Build a tool with your own rules: which patients are overdue for their next visit, which ones dropped off mid-care-plan, which ones mentioned a referral you should follow up on. Your own records actually working for you instead of living in a notebook by the front desk.
The part nobody tells you: the biggest barrier for owners isn't cost or difficulty. It's not knowing where to start. The tools cost about $20/month. What's missing is someone showing you how they fit YOUR practice and YOUR patient list, once, properly.
Why listen to me
I'm not a tech guy selling software. I'm a business owner. I run multiple companies across three locations, and I use AI daily to build the tools and systems they run on: dashboards, trackers, quote calculators, marketing. I got obsessed, figured out what works, and now I teach other owners the same setup.
The whole thing is one flat fee: $997, a few calls, and we build your first real tool together on your actual business. If you don't think it was worth it, full refund. No subscription, no lock-in.
If your business runs on recurring visits and a client list that needs tending, the setup works the same way it does for gyms and fitness studios chasing their own member retention: your own tools, built around your own patients and your own schedule.
