AI is not going to coach a 6am class, spot anyone on a bench, or fix a broken treadmill. The floor side of your business is safe. What AI kills is the admin between classes: the member emails you answer from your phone, the lapsed members you keep meaning to text, the schedule updates, the social posts you know you should be making and aren't.
