The honest version
AI is not going to unclog a sink in unit 4B, and it is not going to show an apartment on a Saturday morning. The physical side of this business is safe. What AI kills is the daily churn: the tenant emails that stack up while you're on site, the late rent notice you rewrite every month, the lease you skim at 10pm trying to remember what it says about pets, the owner report you keep pushing to next week.
