AI is not going to mow a lawn, plant a tree, or run a crew. The work that makes you money is safe. What AI kills is the in-season pileup: the quotes stacking up while you're on job sites all day, the renewal letters you meant to send in February, the schedule you rebuild every Sunday night, the invoices from June that still haven't been paid.
